You may request a return within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Terms and conditions apply.
If an incorrect item was delivered, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost. However, if an incorrect item was ordered, all shipping costs associated with the exchange will be borne by the customer.
